Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to mha.fi and all of its subdomains plus nitter.it.

The policies may change at any time without prior notice, especially when new services are added.

No identifiable data is shared with any third party unless initiated by the user, required for combating abuse, or operationally necessary.

Some services require cookies and/or local storage to provide the service, such as remembering user preferences. These are not used for third-party tracking.

Data Collected by the Operator

Nginx Access Logs

Unless otherwise noted, the nginx access.log contains your IP address, timestamp, path, and user-agent. Access logs are stored for a maximum of 7 days.

These logs are used for debugging, combating abuse, and collecting usage statistics. IP addresses are only collected to block bots and abusers. SearX is not included in this.

Privatebin

Paste IDs are not collected in the nginx access log.

Paste contents, including attachments and comments, are encrypted and decrypted client-side, so only someone with the full URL can decrypt them. The encrypted contents are stored in a database controlled by the Operator according to the directives chosen by the user.

Third Parties

Hetzner Online GmbH provides the server infrastructure for the hosted services and is located in Tuusula, Finland.

Some services use Cloudflare as a CDN to provide a better experience for users who are further away from the servers. These services are Invidious, Piped, Libreddit, and Proxitok.

Information regarding abusive behaviour occurring on the Service may be shared with other parties in the interest of mutual protection.
