Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to mha.fi and all it's subdomains + nitter.it

The policies may change at any time withour prior notice (especially when I add a new service)

No identifiable data is shared with any third party, unless initiated by the user, required for combatting abuse, or operationally necessary

Some services require the use of cookies and/or local storage which are required to provide you with the service (such as remembering user preferences) and are not collected by anyone. None of my services use any kind of third-party cookies.

Data collected by the operator

Nginx access logs

Unless otherwise noted, the nginx access.log contains your IP-address, timestamp, path and user-agent. Access logs are stored for a maximum of 7 days. The logs are used for debugging, combatting abuse and collecting usage statistics.

IP-addresses are only collected to block bots and abusers.

SearX is not included in this.

Privatebin

Paste IDs are not collected in the nginx access.log

Paste contents, including attachments and comments, are encrypted and decrypted client-side, so that only those who have the full URL may decrypt them. The encrypted contents are stored in a database controlled by the Operator according to the specific directives as given by the user.

Third parties

Hetzner Online GmbH ("Hetzner") provides the server for all services that I host and is located in Tuusula, Finland.

Some services use Cloudflare as a CDN to provide a better experience to those who are further way from my servers.

These services are: Invidious, Piped, Libreddit and Proxitok.

Information regarding abusive behaviour occuring on the Service may be shared with other parties in the interest of mutual protection.
